3. Payments

During the term of this Agreement, adrox shall pay Affiliate a payment, as determined by adrox in its sole and absolute discretion, calculated on the Net Revenue ("Revenue Share"). Revenue Share payments will be determined according to the adrox payout policies in effect at the time based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the quantity, quality, and validity of clicks on Ads, Ad impressions, and Actions, and User demographics such as the country of origin of a User's IP address. adrox shall pay Affiliate the Payments in up to 45 days after the Affiliate place payment request.

4. Accuracy of materials

The materials appearing on adrox website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. adrox does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. adrox may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However adrox does not make any commitment to update the materials.

5. Links

adrox has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by adrox of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
